Nikon D800 and prime lens
I have the Nikon 24-70mm, the Nikon 50mm f/1.4 and the Nikon 28mm f/2.4
Should I stay with those lenses, use only the 24-70mm to replace the two others, or go for
the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 I heard so many good reviews.
I feel sometimes frustrated with only the 50mm on my D800 when walking outside. I feel also I do not get very sharp pictures with the 28mm.
What do you experts say?
There is only one expert on which lens you need for your photography, and that is you. Asking other people which lens you need for your photography is a waste of your time and theirs.
I suggest you look at the results from your 24-70mm f/2.8 and work out which focal length(s) you use most often. Then decide whether you want to buy a prime lens (or lenses) in that focal length (or lengths). But don't ask anyone else what they think you need, because they cannot possibly know.
