Why are everyone else's images better?

You are not the first person to say that this image was taken at a car show. The image was actually taken on my kitchen table using a 1:18 model car, some led lights, a whiteboard and a bed sheet as the background. The only reason why i could not get a different angle was i do not own a macro lens and my lens only went to 105mm.
