The exact 3 color advantage is "gone" but keep in mind...

Remember the previous sensor had a LOT of noise in those channels. Unless you were shooting at ISO 100 or 200, this one may very well provide better reproduction through far better noise control.

You get AAless sensor still and no color moire (or at least hopefully much more difficult to get color moire given the blue layer has more resolution).
