Surprise: Olympus E-M1 uses a Panasonic sensor!

it did what it was, first and foremost, designed to do

And that was create an m4/3s body that could credibly use 4/3s glass. And it did that. And did you see anyone, in the last six months say, "OMG, that looks like a Pany sensor?" I'm sure they looked at Sony, and for whatever reason, they didn't choose Sony.

I'm glad they made the choice they made. At the very least, Olympus has demonstrated they have options. Thats a good thing.
