I wouldn't bet on it, there's a chance it gets saddled with the SL1 sensor. A lot of people thought the EOS M2 would get the 70D's dual pixel sensor, but that didn't happen.
I tend to think not, but we won't know until it's announced. I'm thinking there could be 2 reasons why they won't use the 70D sensor. The first is that it would result in less of a differentiation between the 70D and T6i. The second it possible cost. I wonder how much more it costs to produce the dual pixel sensor than perhaps a 20-24 MP normal sensor. If it's too much more then Canon might not want to drive up the price of the T6i too much.
