Stylus 1 - Spot meter, flash exposure compensation...?

I've been using a Canon G10 since it was released and although I like it very much, I'm wondering if the ensuing years have brought significant upgrades to enthusiast compact cameras.

The reviews of the Olympus Stylus 1 intrigue me.

So...does the Olympus have...

* Spot meter option

* Ability to fine tune flash output

* A plus/minus exposure meter scale in addition to the histogram. (I often check the highlights with spot metering and then scan them and the darker areas while noting the stop difference on the meter scale.)

* Easily selectable white balance modes

* I've read that ISO adjustment is a menu option rather than a dial choice. Is it readily accessible.

* Taking into account noise, color fringing and so forth, is the IQ from the Stylus 1 notably better than that of the G10.

Thanks so much for your input.

Ed
