HELP HELP !! - From D90 to D300s or new D7100 ?

I have a problem - simply because Nikon does not seem to launch a replacement for the D300s , I can not really wait more .

I 'm going to keep my D90 and buy either a new D7100 or a second hand D300s , but is very much in doubt whether it is the right thing to do.

I do not want to switch to full frame , because I have to replace my 17-55 to 24-70 f2.8 and I think it is too expensive - I 'm only a happy amateur

I know that if I buy a 300s now, I can risk it loses so much value that it is not worth anything at all, when there is a new Nikon that may need to be a replacement for 300s in the future.

My most used lenses are:
Nikon 18- 200VR
Nikon 17-55 f2.8 DX
Nikon 70- 200VRII f2.8

I need :

  1. Better and faster continuous shoot (fps and focusing) when I shoot pictures of children and dogs. I rarely shoot sports.
  2. Greater buffer when I shoot in RAW. This is really annoying with D90 !
  3. At the same low ISO image quality and preferably better , because I think the D90 is at the limit of the acceptable noise for my use. But sometimes it annoying me with the noise from D90.

I do not know D300s nor D7100 and I think maybe it is to go back in time if I buy a D300s ....

Do you have any input, which can be part of my decision ?

Thanks in advance.
