WTH??? The camera can use a 1/8000th shutter speed and high speed burst shooting at 12 fps up to approx. 40 (including RAW). So 40 16MP RAW images a second.

As for video, if you are shooting in slow motion (and it can shoot at 96 FPS for video), you really want to use a super fast shutter speed and nothing slow like you said.
