May in Florida is normally one of the drier months, however, the rainy season generally starts at the end of May or sometime in early June and June is one of the wettest months. I would not buy a camera based on one trip, think about longer term use. I bought the E-M1 which I use with my 12-60 and 50-200 FTs lenses because of the weather sealing and ability to use the FTs lenses. However, I know my wife is not going to take photographs in the rain, so I pre ordered her the E-M10 with the 14-42.

No, I am thinking long term, but shooting in the harsh sun and possible rain, are problems I have in general.  Yeah, I can continue with the E-5/14-54mm and add the E-3/50-200mm when I want the range, but at times, I want to not carry the bag.  As I said in the other reply, while I like the smallness of the E-PM2, I find I tend to leave it home for outdoor events, where even if the weather is dry, it can be hard to read the screen.  With the E-5, I don't need to read the screen to shoot, just using the optical viewfinder.

In terms of price, going with the used E-M5 and 12-50mm is pushing the budget somewhat.  Decisions, decisions.
