Nikon 35mm f 3.5 and Df
The skirt at the rear of the lens might be a little too deep to allow the bayonet to properly engage on your Df. If you have the lens you could try, carefully, to fit it. The depth of the skirt can be easily filed/ground off, by you or any decent camera repair tech.
There is no linkage of aperture to the camera as metering is done with the lens centred and at maximum aperture.
Fyi, I have one of the early f/2.8 versions of the 35mm PC that works just fine on my Df. And on my D200 as well.
