can you help me to print my photos? can you give me some inputs?

i have an eizo and nec monitor , x-rite color munki and spider to calibrate my monitors and printer

but i gotta print my photos in a lab

i have the profile of the printer and paper from the lab

i use photoshop cs6 under windows 7

1) can i know the right settings of proof setup -customize proof?

i mean after i select the right paper

should i enable black point compensation, simulate paper color and simulate black ink ?

2) after i duplicate my photo and set the right setting of my proof setup ,enabled proof colors and out of gamut , and i edit my duplicate my photo to look better

now when i finised to edit my duplicate photo ,how should i save?

i mean should i assing profile or convert profile using the icc of the printer/paper ?

or should i keep in sRgb or adobe rgb?

thanks a lot

sorry for my poor english
