D7100: at ISO 25600 magenta band in the lower portion

I have a new D7100 and I noticed that (pictures are very good and that) I get a magenta band in the lower part of the pictures shot at ISO 12800 or more (or with lower ISO later pushed in PP).

I can give you an example here and a link to a RAW file on Dropbox.

Rotterdam, ISO 3200 pushed in PP by 3 stops just as example. See the magenta band in the bottom where the water from blue turns magenta.

The RAW file has been shot with the cap on and just after turning on the camera, no significant thermal noise.

It can be much worse sometimes.

Now the question is: is it normal (it gets worse with LV) or should I have the camera replaced?
