5D Mark III - Confirmed Corruption of Images?

Have you guys seen this scary image corruption?
I posted this on the Professional Photographers Facebook group and within minutes received lots of Wedding Photographers confirming they have seen this exact issue on their 5D Mark III's too - as such I believe this is a 5D Mark III wide defect, and was wondering who else has seen this?

The following 2 pairs of photos (2 X 2 photos) were taken on 2 different 5D Mark III's (one brand new 2 days ago) at a Wedding yesterday:

- 2 different 5D Mark III's with fully updated firmware
- I took 4500 photos at the Wedding and only these 4 files (2 X 2 files) are affected. Each corruption came in pairs (2 together on 1 camera, 2 together on another camera)
- Both CF + SD in both cameras. Both corrupted.
- Both RAW + JPG on all photos. Both corrupted.
- Images are corrupted in camera preview, so I know it's not the card readers

As above, given this issue has affected a total of 4 of my (Sandisk Extreme) memory cards, both SD and CF, from different batches, I don't believe it's my memory cards that are an issue.
