Stick legs (GBH, 2 imgs.)
It was a cold, rainy day here in Western NY (started off snowing, then turned). Despite my willingness to go looking for birds to photograph, no one wanted to show themselves. Oh wait; there was a Pileated woodpecker who started without me and was nowhere to be seen an hour later when I went out. After sitting in the rain and snow for an hour, I decided I'd get back to some of last summer's work that I hadn't processed yet. This GBH flew over my shooting location one morning last summer then landed across the way from me, nicely lit (maybe a little hot) by the sun.
C & C welcome; thanks for looking.
