Re: XE-2

I've owned a LOT of cameras over the last 30 + years. Mamiyas, Konikas, Kodaks, Leikas, Rolieiflex, Canon, Nikon to name just a few. In my opinion the X-E2 is an excellent camera in practically all respects. It's a dedicated APS-C platform built from the ground up with that format in mind. The control schema is highly intuitive, the on-camera workflow is very natural for me, the size and weight are both just right. Meanwhile, the image quality is outstanding, equaling or besting every APS-C camera I've ever used. Now, combine that with the XF lenses and you just can't go wrong. In my experience the XF lenses stand on par with the best Nikkor and Leica glass. Others may disagree, but that's my reasoned assessment.
