Problem with Panasonic FZ200 viewfinder

Recently I bought my FZ00 as my 5th superzoom of Panasonic in succession. The man who bought my FZ150 told me that he saw a serious issue with the viewfinders of a couple of FZ200's he intended to buy.

Wanting to upgrade from his beloved FZ18 (mainly used for bird photography) he found out that the dioptre adjustment of the FZ150 is changing everytime you direct the camera downwards after you adjusted it in an upwards position or vice-versa! It looks like a factory fault.
He never experienced that with his FZ18.
It turned out that my new FZ200 and my FZ150 suffered from the same issue!! I hardly used this viewfinder, that's why I did not notice this problem, but intend to do this with the FZ200.
In tests I never read something about this.
Are there other owners of a FZ150 or a FZ200 who did experience the same trouble?
