I'm guessing that most of your aerial photos are taken in daylight and maybe good daylight at that.

Therefore it might be important that the E-M1 has a native base ISO of 100 whereas the Fuji is 200.

This means that (with the E-M1 on ISO 100) to get the same exposure (as Fuji on ISO 200) you can expose for twice as long and capture twice as many photons which will overcome the Fuji sensor size advantage and give you increased fidelity.

Since the E-M1 has the great IBIS you will be able to shoot at these slower shutter speeds.
