Of all the camera makers I have had experience with (Canon, Nikon, Leica, Panasonic, Sigma, Pentax)  Fuji seems to listen to and respond to the end user better than any other company... and they do it quite rapidly.

No other camera maker I am aware of has tried to make older cameras competitive with new cameras via firmware upgrades.  Fuji has done this several times.  They could easily not do this and hope that users will upgrade to a new camera but they understand what a plus this is for their customer base.

Well said Jim, I couldn't agree more. Whatever you think of Fuji cameras their after sales customer care is a bit of a shock (in a good way) after owning some other brands.
