What are you working with? I highly recommend both Darktable and GIMP, they are both free and open source.

Unfortunately Darktable doesn't seem to have a built version for Windows, they recommend using a linux liveCD that you can boot into and then just take out and reboot back to Windows with. Alternatively you could try compiling it yourself.  Pretty much anything else is easier than for Windows.

GIMP has basically everything supported that isn't quite out there (like Haiku perhaps).

These programs are analogues to Lightroom and Photoshop respectively, together they'll let you do everything Peadingle mentioned and much much more.

Your photos are great though, my favorite is the second one, I love the reflections.
