Is that a static clutch pedal?

Heel-to-toe left foot clutch, left-hand jockey shift, buyer choice of right or left-hand throttle (looks like this bike has left hand throttle).  It actually can be quite fun, I've heard, just slow and needs much rider concentration over our current pattern - again, OK for a slow pace like country and town roads but add in the drum brakes (not even leading shoe) and hardtail, it is way out of its league for modern multilane high speed state roads and highways.
