Best lens for indoor sports (no flash - NX300)?

Hello...I just recently got an NX300, and so I'm just for the first time in my life getting out of "auto mode". I've been taking tons of photos of my daughter's basketball games with mixed results. I've been using the kit lens, which is the 20 - 50mm (F3.5 - 5.6). I also have the 50 - 200mm zoom lens (f4-5.6). I'm finding that I'm getting the best results with the kit lens all the way in, which obviously gives me the highest aperture. I've been primarily shooting in shutter priority mode at about 1/300 speed and ISO 3200. I'm getting some decent shots, but I still see a lot of noise when I zoom in (post process) on even the best shots. Not sure if that is correctable given the conditions. So I was wondering if a different lens would help me or if I should just continue to play around with the settings. I've been eyeing the 30mm f2.0 pancake lens (http://amzn.com/B003FWLGIK). There is also a 45mm f/1.8 (http://amzn.com/B00C3WLMBY), but that is nearly twice the cost.

Would I see noticeable improvements with a lens like that in these indoor conditions?
