Thanks brownie. The camera is just about perfect for the type of shots I like and the zoom range is useful for much more than wildlife. The small sensor makes this amazing camera possible and about the only thing I could ask for is for Pany to continue to improve on it.

Remember that F2.8 still gives a very wide depth of field compared to DSLR's with larger sensors. When I want a wide DOF I normally shoot around F3.5 to F4 but in this case the camera was in an automated mode with the bracketed shots and I was happy with the settings. It was doing a good job of keeping the ISO low and that is a big concern of mine on these types of shots.
