X-T1 is basically an X-E2 with a different form factor, and better EVF, tilt LCD, dual SD cards, battery grip, etc. The sensor and the processor are likely to be the same.

As far as lenses... 10-24 f/4, 16-55 f/2.8, and 50-140 f/2.8 cover your holy trinity pretty closely, but none of these lenses have been released yet. They are, however, on the roadmap to be released this year.

I doubt the X-T1 will be a X-E2 in a different shell, assuming that the rumor is true that it can keep AF at 8 fps (the X-E2 just locks the AF during a burst, right?).

As far as lenses, Fuji does have currently released lenses that sort of cover your range:

There's a 14mm wide, a 18-55, and a 55-200. The 10-24 will come out shortly (March 2014), but the 16-55 f/2.8 and the 50-140 f/2.8 won't be out for about another year (Fuji's release dates are always slipping).

The best thing about Fuji lenses is that none of them are duds. Just buy what fits your zoom/focal length/aperture/size needs and it'll work well.

Good point about the processor. I assume the sensor will be largely the same, though.
