Agreed. I use my A7r handheld, as IMO befits a small camera. I've got other stuff for careful tripod use. I do find the camera is a little too light with the FE 55mm for consistently jitter-free results at shutter speeds I have no trouble with on other camera/lens combos. It needs a bit more mass to help keep me steady. This is much less of an issue with the FE 35mm or with longer & heavier "legacy" lenses. Of course just using higher shutter speeds does the job too.
