With both the X-E1 and X-E2, I will hold off.  Right now my main limitations are (1) although my experience shooting action with with these cameras is limited, it would seem that they are nod a good choice for action (like my grandson's soccer games); (2) the EVF is limiting when viewing high contrast scenes; (3) the flash system is very limited and (4) there are lenses that I would like to have and are not now available.

I will have to wait and see now the X-T1 handles 1 and 2 above.  3 has nothing to do with the X-T1.  I have the 60 mm f2.4, which I love, so see no need to buy the 56 1.2.  For studio work, I would love to have the 18-135 and covet the superzoom, but these seem to be far in the future.

So, perhaps when the new lenses come out, they may be available in a nice bundle with the X-T1 and I may bite.

I do agree with other posters--why the mirror hump when there is no mirror?
