Einstein 640 Studio Flash Repair Experience ...
My Einstein 640 stopped flashing (modeling light worked but no flash) so I sent it in for repair. I get an email saying it would be $50 for the repair before they could mail it back. For $50 I called and just paid the $50 by credit (never even bothered to ask what was wrong with unit and what needed repair). It sat for the last few days in the box as I've been busy with other stuff. Finally just opened it to test it out and make sure repair was done. Much to my surprise, they sent me a brand new unit ! ! !
Many times we write stuff complaining about service (I've had my share of some bad experiences). Just wanted to send out KUDOS to Paul Buff Inc. for what they did here. I'm very happy to say the least.
