The Olympus 12-50mm kit lens has a macro facility built in. It is not a true macro lens ie offering a 1:1 scale ratio but does enable close focus at a reasonable price. The Olympus 60mm macro lens is the next step up to true macro world.

I would also agree with another responder that the Canon G series enthusiast compact cameras enable reasonable quality macro photographs. I have a G9 which is very good at getting in close but does not have the image quality or low light capability of M4/3.

As for camera bodies in M4/3 the Olympus EM1 and Panasonic GX7 both feature focus peaking which is a useful feature for close up focussing.
