After Oly 25mm f/1.8 news, three primes or 12-40mm zoom?

The classic question: now Olympus has an almost perfect "rangefinder style" trio of lenses:

- 12mm f/2.0 (which is wider than the usual 28mm equivalent, but I prefer much so),

- 25mm f/1.8,

- 45mm f/1.8,

which are compact, light and quite with a large aperture. Of course an all-in-one alternative would be the Olympus 12-40mm f/2.8 (or the Panasonic 12-35mm f/2.8).

Is much more an hassle to have to swap between the primes, or is it a negligible annoyance for gaining about an f/stop?

Ciao!
