If you want something smaller, just buy a compact. There are plenty of good quality compact these days from  Fuji, Canon or Panasonic, that can fit in pockets, even blue jeans.

Otherwise, for anything else,  the size difference vs EM1 will not be significant enough (especially if you want EVF).

I personally have a Canon S110 as a very light back up for G5 and E1 and I am very happy with the ratio size/quality.
