Recommendation for a great camera bag

I have many camera bags, each of which fits a specific type of use/situation. There's one that I only use a few times a year, but when I need it, it's a great bag: the Think Tank Urban Disguise 60. The bag looks like a soft sided brief case, but the main pocket has padding and dividers for camera gear and the secondary pocket will take a fairly large laptop. In addition, there are very many addition pockets/pouches, for small items and documents. For this trip, I carried a laptop, an 7D, 17-55 f2.8, 85mm f1.8, 55-250, 580EX flash, laptop charger, mouse, plus spare batteries, memory cards and a few other items. But one thing that makes this bag stand out it is the optional backpack strap - this clips on to one side and makes the bag a very comfortable backpack bag when needed. I used it as one of my two carryons on a transatlantic flight, and it was perfect.
