Noise and sharpness

I have often heard that some fine film grain or digital noise can make an image look sharper. Luminous Landscape has a review of the Hasselblad H5D-60. Almost all the way down is a photograph of a flower with a mouse over 80 and 800 iso comparison, 100% crop of a 60mp image. To my eyes the iso 800 image looks better. What do you think?

Look at the picture, not the pixels
Miss use of the ability to do 100% pixel peeping is the bane of digital photography because it causes people to fret over inconsequential issues.
