E-M1 - Sharpness comments 50-200 vs 12-40

Recently I quite unexpectedly received feedback on how sharp a couple of the photos I took with the 50-200 were in the m43 forum. I never received that specific feedback from my 12-40 shots.

I'm still very new to serious photography but the 12-40 is a very top level lens, as well. so I was surprised by this. I am wondering if there is some reason why the 50-200 would produce sharper photos from the E-M1 than the 12-40?
