Colorspace in Photoshop CC

I have a Canon EOS 100D and I am a new user with Photoshop (CC).

My pictures from EOS 100D are saved as sRGB.

When I open a jpg picture in Photoshop it warns me about the colorspace.

I get 3 choises

I don't know what you call these 3 choises in English my Photoshop is in Danish.

Normally I choose the first option, but I would like to know if you would recommend something different?

I am about to edit several things on a particular picture in Photoshop and I would like to know what color space you would recommend.

Is it possible to adjust the settings so you don't have to answer which profile to use every time that you open a new picture? I would like to set a default setting for this.

Thank you for your help.
