Leica M240, X Vario & a family of Syrian refugees!

me and a friend I recently met on the Leica Forum went for a sunday walk at 2 historic Phoenician coastal cities. Anféh & Batroun. we had a blast shooting with 2 beautiful Leicas, Edgard with his 2 month old M240 and me with my Xvario.

On our way back from one of the sites we encountered a family of Syrian refugees collecting wood debris on a rocky shore. Edgard is less shy that I am when it comes to asking people for portraits, so he didn't hesitate asking them to make some pictures, they were a bit hesitant except the mom, she agreed on having her son photographed. So while Edgard start working with the little boy, who by the way starts crying almost immediately, I took my shots the Backstage-Style while everyone was focused on Edgard.

here are the ones I managed to take, waiting for Edgard to show us his results

Your comments guys are most welcome.

PS: Tilted Horizon on shot 2 and 3 are intentional.
