As for your request for some constructive tips to how to improve your photography, so if you are really serious about it, my suggestion is to take a serious photography course. It will cost a fraction compared to what you have paid for your photography stuff and will advance you much more than any fancy shmancy piece of gear you may have. And believe me, this is the one of thebbest tips you ever got on this forum.
