I use Adobe Camera Raw in Photoshop Elements. I like it because it is built in and is not a hassle to use. No need to start other applications. Also, corrections are applied in 16 bit color space, and non destructively applied to the RAW file. No need to create additional TIFF or JPEG files just for noise reduction. It is conveniently located on the same detail tab as Sharpening. The two are very interrelated, and it is easy to switch back and forth between sharpening and noise reduction using the 9 sliders available.
