enjoying Google maps photosphere
my Galaxy Note 2 updated its android to 4.3 so i installed the apk which gave a new camera and gallery. The 360 deg shots upload to my google+ account and go onto Google maps if they are accepted as suitable, and then can be seen along with the Street view photos at the bottom of the screen in Google maps.
I just got the Note 3 which has an updated version of the thing they now call surround shot on the phone and takes 44 separate pix and then stitches them together.
with the 13mp camera on the Note 3 the photo is about 8mb whereas with the Note 2 it was about 2 mb.
