Hello - I'm thinking of upgrading from my D90 to a D600.

My current lenses are: 35mm+50mm (both DX 1.8f) and the 18-105 kit lens

I presume these would be no good on the D600?

AND if not, what similar lenses are there for FX? (I like the primes because they are fun, v v sharp and cheap!).

Thanks if you're able to advise.

Although they will work in crop mode, it is pretty pointless to buy an FX camera to use DX lenses.

The 50mm 1.8 lens you have should work fine on the D600 as it should be an FX lens. If you like prime lenses, the 28mm and 85mm f/1.8 AFS lenses are also very nice - and good value for the money.   You really can't go wrong with those three f/1.8 prime lenses.
