The 28-135 is a good lens. I've owned a couple over the years. Personally, since you have the 6D, I would sell the 60D and use the money to purchase the 24-105. The 60D doesn't serve any useful purpose for you except to serve as a back-up in case your 6D fails.

I don't see any reason to keep a body just because it automatically slaps a 1.6x crop your images. Just shoot your wildlife and macros with the 6d and crop in PP. The cropped image will have slightly less pixels, but the overall quality will be at least as good.

Additionally if you go with the 28-135 (or 24-105) you can sell the 70-200 f/4 and buy the far superior 200 2.8L for about the same bucks.

17-40 4L, 24-105 4L and 200 2.8L is a superior kit.
