Sony A7 for Street Photography - few questions

Hi all,

right now i'm invested into nikon, which i barely even use now, so contemplating selling the system to further fund my street photo addicition

For my street i use ricoh GR and fuji x100s. Both great cameras, especially the GR. I like the fuji but something doesn't connect when i use it, not in the same way ricoh does for example.

What i'm really looking for is optimal quality for street, ricoh GR is such a great camera but of course it is going to be inferior to sony a7. Why i want sony a7 (coupled with 35mm f2.8) over rx1 for example, is a viewfinder and interchangeable lenses.

Would appreciate any thoughts, particularly on the shutter sound of a7 if anyone has any experiences. Shooting styles? Does anyone use SLR/RF glass and zone focus? How reliable is peaking for MF at large apertures anyway?

Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Fujifilm X100S Sony Alpha a7 Sony RX1
