Hey people i have a question please help me.I have the chance to switch my RX100 for a NX20.

The most important things to me are IQ and the VIDEO.

My question is-which one has the better IQ and Video.Does the NX20 have better IQ?

IQ: For daylight, landscape, and JPG i argue the RX100 as the better for OOC. Its lens, smaller sensor (deeper DOF) and JPG engine are arguably superior. And its size makes it far more likely to always be with you. Finally, true macros for bugs and tiny flowers are trivial with RX100, but practically not desirable w/ an APS or FF sensor ($$ glass, too bulky to haul up the mountains).

For low light, portraits and shallow DOF post-processed in LR/PS, the NX wins. However, you must commit time and acquire skills :-).

Video: I don't know from personal experience the codecs and video rates on either. The NX does a good job (http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/samsung-nx20/samsung-nx20VIDEO.HTM), albeit less comprehensive then the RX100.

I'd again favor the RX100 smaller sensor, better/smoother zoom; apparently it does "28 Mbps recording at 59.94p". Has good reputation http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/sony-rx100/sony-rx100VIDEO.HTM
