ISO A99 vs D700

Question to people that have tested A99 and D700. I have used a D700 and I really like its ISO management and its AF in low light conditions. What about the A99 in comparison with the D700 ?

D700 ISO :

D700 : 200-640 = perfect

D700 : 800 = some noise

D700 : 1600 = a bit noisy but OK for portrait in low light

D700 : 3200 = really noisy but may be used

D700 : 6400 = a lot of work on the RAW to make it acceptable, clearly to avoid if possible

So in comparison with the D700 how is the A99 ?

Better ?

Worst ?

I need the comparision because I know the D700, so the comparison with another camera will not help me.

Thanks in advance.
