My NEX-F3 has a menu option to disable lens shading correction. So I disabled it and shot a white wardrobe door while trying to avoid my own shadow (10mm f/7.1). The image below is an out of camera JPG, white-balanced and resized. The RAW file looked just the same.

To get a feel for the amount of vignetting, I applied the lens correction profile to it from the Sigma DG 12-24mm, and it fit quite well, removing the vignetting completely. The Sigma has between 0.3 and 0.8 stops of vignetting (photozone), which is quite normal for this type of lens.
