RX10 AutoISO in M-mode > Canon 5D III! Are you kidding me?!

This is a bit of a revelation, as well as a bit of a rant.

Just got the RX10, and playing around with it, I discovered that not only it supports Auto-ISO while in M mode (as others have noted), it also supports exposure compensation with Auto-ISO while in M-mode. This is something my 5DIII can't do. When Auto-ISO is selected in the 5DIII, it will only keep the exposure comp level at 0.

I don't know whether to praise Sony for implementing a useful feature that a flagship DSLR doesn't have, or denounce Canon for this oversight.
