creepiness and the bill of rights

Interesting and creepy story from a newscast in New Hampshire.

http://www.wmur.com/news/nh-news/nh-supreme-court-reverses-conviction-of-man-who-took-photos-of-children-at-canobie-lake-park/-/9857858/23654758/-/2s50b5z/-/index.html

Basically, guy arrested for taking cellphone pictures of kids at amusement park. Subsequent home computer search revealing ?child porn (implied) ruled inadmissible as initial activity was not deemed legal grounds for arrest and thus search was not warranted under provisions of the Bill of Rights.

It seems the court got the decision right, but one can still not feel good about it.
