I know I'm just one of 7 people on planet Earth to own this amazing camera, but today I finally got to try out the panorama feature. And it shows how innovative Samsung are. Unlike Sony, Panasonic, Oly and others, the way it previews the panorama as a thumbnail strip at the base of the screen as you pan the camera is very clever and useful! (Has to be seen in use to be appreciated.)

Pic attached I took today as the sun cast shadows the day after our big storm here in the UK. The air is incredibly clear, all the bad stuff has been blown way!

Anyway, the video and audio quality are superb (in good light) and the still images in all conditions continue to impress.

Why isn't this cameras in the shops alongside the inferior more recent less well built, less versatile alternatives?

Is this because other companies pay retailers more money to buy up shelf space or is Samsung having a branding problem?

Final result is all that matters, and I'm getting more keepers with this camera than any other I have ever owned, mainly thanks to the surprisingly reliable auto focus and f1.4 lens. Most of good quality too.

60fps video, touch screen  and a larger sensor, and it would be perfect!

Apres Christmas storm of 2013

Above pic is not creative, just trying out the panorama and capturing the few minutes when the shadows were cast across the grass.
