Travel kit for Scotland

Sorry if this question annoys......

I am planning a two weeks trip to Scotland this summer. We will be spending time in the Loch Lomond area, Skye, Inverness, and Wester Ross, but also in urban settings of Edinburgh and Glasgow. I have been a very amateur shooter for many years, and have only more recently begun to travel as I've gotten further along in my career and become an "empty nester".

Anyway, fairly simple question....I plan to mostly shoot landscapes and architecture. Not too much "street" photography (not courageous enough for that). I shoot with M43 (OMD E-M1 and E-M5) and plan to take both bodies. I'll have my 9-18 5.6 (18-36 FFE) zoom mounted on the E-M5 and my 12-40 2.8 (24-80 FFE) zoom mounted on the E-M1. I will also carry the Lumix 35-100 (70-200 FFE) zoom in my bag as well as a Travel Angel tripod. What other (if any) lenses would you folks recommend? Am I adequately covered there? Would you take other primes? A fisheye? I have a several other lenses (see my gear list please) but am trying to travel as lightly as possible.

Thanks in advance for your advice. I need it.

I posted this on the Landscape and Travel forum, too, but thought I might get a more M43-specific response over here.
