Either the k5ii or the k5iis are great cameras.  I would be happy with either.   If you want Weather Resitant lenses, I would get the 18-135 WR and the 55-300mm WR.   Both will be weathersealed and both lenses are great starter lenses.   The 18-135+HD 55-300mm WR would be around 800-900 + a k5ii would be 600-700.   If you don't care about weather sealing, a tamron or sigma 17-50 f2.8 + a DAL 55-300mm would give the same image quality for 200-300 cheaper.   If you only want the best and never want to upgrade later, the DA* 16-50 and a DA* 300 f4 would give you almost professional level quality gear but cost close to 3000 dollars.   Personally I would recommend the 18-135 as a kit lens with the k5 and buy a WR 55-300mm.  Only Pentax offers consumer priced zooms that is weather sealed.   What that is worth to you is up to you.
