Need advice: Panny 14-140MKII, Panny 45-100, or Oly 45 f/1.8 for cruises.

Im currently using a Panny GX1.  Lenses are 7-14, and 25 PanLeica as a  lightweight kit for travel.  I do not have a telephoto lens.  On cruise vacations, I take stills and some basic video.

But I have been thinking of  acquiring the 14-140 MKII (newer),  but also the 45-100 lens (older).  Another choice is Oly 45 f/1.8 but has no OIS and isnt it more intended use as a portrait lens?

Kit mostly used for family, cruise vacations, and when walking is involved memory snaps.

Unfortunately, I cannot go to a camera store to test out the lenses being considered.

I have mobility issues, slight hand tremor, and bad back so I want to avoid too many lens switching.

What combo of lenses would you take or use for cruises and shore excursion photography that involves walking, and shooting from a tour bus?

Thank you for any advice.
