I used T1i for a month while waiting 700D arrive and it was quite interesting going from a bridge fto a dslr.
After a week with T5i can say it is an amazing machine. I thought the overall performance far exceeds the T1i , the difference is not small . I also used the T2i from my brother a while and is also mush faster.
The grappling of the camera is very good and the hand strap that i bought made it perfect. She responds very quickly and with the memory card Sandisk Extreme 45MB / s ( 32GB is too much for pictures a 8GB would do just fine) even when taking multiple photos (burst ) it answer almost immediately .
I'm having trouble with the focus point selector ( + ) . My thumb slip every time on that button but I'm almost used to it. I used the TV mode so much but I must start training in AV . I did not think the HDR did any improved result significantly but may not have used examples that made the difference .
Im using basic lenses , 18-55 IS , 50mm 1.8, 75-300 , but the focus is very fast compared with the other two there is much less hunting. I intend to buy a 10 or 16mm as soon my wallet allow me.
I bought the bag National Geographic Explorer NG -2345 which was relatively tight with 3 lenses.
Also got a tripod manfrotto the MKC3 - H02 it holds the camera with the 75-300 without complaining . Of course it's one of the cheapest manfrotto tripods and one can not expect much but it will serve me for a long time time. = D
75-300 (lots of PF)
